Powder & Wet Paint Coatings

Durable, decorative and corrosion-resistant finishes for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium:

  • Polyester & epoxy powders (RAL/BS colours)
  • Zinc-rich primers and architectural-grade systems
  • Multi-coat finishes for marine or external use
  • Thread and bore masking to maintain tolerances.

Thermoplastic & Nylon Coatings

Thicker, tougher and warmer to touch than powder coat — ideal for high-contact or outdoor environments.

  • Nylon 11, PPA, LDPE and other thermoplastics
  • Excellent edge coverage & impact resistance
  • UV-stable, chemical-resistant, soft-touch finish.

Applications: handrails, handles, fencing, frames, vehicle components.

PTFE & Fluoropolymer Coatings

Low-friction, non-stick and chemical-resistant finishes for performance components. Used on slides, seals, tooling, and food-contact assemblies.

Electrophoretic (E-Coat) Priming

Uniform, corrosion-resistant primer suitable for complex geometries and high-volume components — ideal for automotive and defence use.

Anodising & Conversion Coatings

High-performance aluminium and titanium treatments providing wear resistance, corrosion protection and electrical control.

  • Sulphuric anodising – dyed or clear
  • Hard anodising – up to 60 RC hardness
  • NITUFF® / PTFE-impregnated anodise – MIL-A-63576 / AMS 2482
  • Titanium anodising – decorative or functional
  • Conversion coatings – SurTec 650 / Iridite NCP (RoHS)
  • Specialist masking using gels & lacquers – critical bores, threads and conductive paths precisely protected.

Heat Treatment & Vacuum Brazing

Enhancing mechanical properties, hardness and dimensional stability for ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

  • Stress relieving & normalising
  • Annealing & tempering
  • Precipitation & case hardening
  • Carburising & nitriding
  • Vacuum brazing (stainless, copper, aluminium, nickel alloys)
  • Cryogenic processing & ageing.

Pre-Treatment & Masking

Surface preparation and feature protection are critical to coating performance. Our partners deliver a complete range of pre-treatments and masking techniques to guarantee adhesion, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy.

Pre-Treatment Processes:

  • Degreasing & ultrasonic cleaning
  • Shot-blast & bead-blast finishes
  • Iron & zinc phosphate systems
  • Chromate-free conversion coatings
  • Etching & desmutting for aluminium.

Specialist Masking:

  • High-temperature gels and lacquers for anodising
  • Silicone and PTFE masking for powder and paint
  • Precision taping and plugging of threads & bores
  • Conductive-path masking for bus bars and electrical interfaces.

Quality Assurance

  • Film-thickness, adhesion, hardness & corrosion testing (salt-spray, cross-hatch, conductivity)
  • Process control certificates and batch traceability
  • Partner and inspection documentation under a single CoC
  • Full route-card traceability.
