Supporting a Full Range of Material Types
Typically our custom enclosures are manufactured in Stainless Steel, Aluminium or Galvanised Steel but we can also support more specialised materials upon request. As a high volume metal manufacturer, we are able to reduce your lead times as we hold good stock holdings. As we purchase directly from the mills and major stockists our material supply is strong and have pre-allocated coils which help protect our customers even in times of global shortages.
Dimensionally Correct
We manufacture enclosures to the exact internal and external dimensions specified in your drawings, ensuring a perfect fit for your space and components. We adhere to tight tolerance levels to ensure precision and accuracy. Within our dedicated assembly facility, we are able to fabricate larger enclosures up to 10m x 6m x 4m in size and up to 10 Tonnes in weight.
From a technology perspective, we have the full range of measuring equipment including 2 CMM’s, a Faro Arm, Shadowgraphs, measuring tables and verniers.
All in all, this enables us to manufacture a range of part sizes to aerospace level of tolerances.
IP Rated, Built for Specific Environmental Conditions
We design and manufacture enclosures to withstand the toughest most specific of environmental conditions. This covers suitability for high and low temperature ranges, humidity and moisture protection for outdoor humid environments, and for industrial settings dust and debris resistance. Ingress Protection ratings can also be applied through certification including IP5X and IP6X for dust tight solutions and IPX5 to IPX8 for varying levels of water exposure.

When an enclosure or cabinet is IP (Ingress Protection) rated it has a defined degree of protection. The protection level is stated by a two digit code, the first digit represents the protection level against penetration from solid objects accessing hazardous parts, and the second describes the protection level against water ingress. If an X is placed before the two digits, the enclosure has either not been tested or the test is not applicable.
Effective Ventilation and Cooling
We can incorporate advanced ventilation and cooling features according to your drawings to maintain optimal performance. As we have highly advanced Amada CNC Lasers and Punch Machines we are able to cut louvre panels and fan sections to dissipate heat and ensure cooling.
Configurable Sections
Using our advanced laser cutting, we can produce cut outs, housings or sections that can be knocked out during assembly to provide locations for connectors, switches and displays.
Versatile Mounting and Installation
Options – We can manufacture brackets and mounting to support a range of options including wall-mounting, floor-standing, or custom configurations. Alongside this, we can predrill mounting holes for convenience.
Enhanced Access and Security
Your custom enclosure can be designed and built to provide secure and easy access to your equipment. We do this through a range of access panels and doors for easy maintenance, and locks and seals to prevent unauthorised access.
Range of Finishing Options
We can offer the full range of finishing requirements to give you the right aesthetic look in line with your product and brand requirements. This includes scratch resistant and graffiti proof paint finishes.
Labels & Marking
Our CNC lasers can etch part names and produce custom engravings to label to identify and amplify your product.
Assembly Service
Alongside the manufacture of the enclosure itself, we also offer an assembly service. Within this, we can assemble, pack and kit to your requirements.
