Quality Assurance
From a Quality Assurance perspective our Quality Manager, Quality Engineers and Inspectors collaborate to ensure suitable governance exists, reducing risk to achieve compliance. This includes PPAP, Chain of Custody, Certificates of Conformity and other associated controlled documentation.
Accreditation
We are ISO9001 accredited and our coded welding is UKAS accredited through Zurich Laboratories. We are experienced in working to both customer specific and coded welding standards:
Our Technology
From a technology perspective, we have the full range of measuring equipment including 2 CMM’s, a Faro Arm, Shadowgraphs, measuring tables and verniers.
All in all, this enables us to manufacture a range of part sizes to aerospace level of tolerances.
