Our factory boasts industry-leading Amada CNC Fibre Lasers and Combination Punch Machines which are renowned for their speed and accuracy. This coupled with Automatic Sheet Loaders enables customers to benefit from their sheet metal parts being cut throughout the night. If the parts then need folding we are able to use one of our 5 Amada Press Brakes to complete the part through precision bending.

Upon request, we can also provide a delivery to your door service and industry-leading inspection reports.

Our Amada CNC Fibre Laser cutters utilise high-intensity, precision-guided beams to cut sheet metal with extraordinary accuracy. By directing the laser via computer numerical control, we can cut complex or simple geometries in materials up to 25mm thickness. This process enables superior edge quality and incredibly tight tolerances of +/- 0.01mm. Whether you need prototypes or large-scale production runs, we deliver precise cuts and minimal heat distortion for a flawless finish.

Our Amada Laser/Punch machine indexes a wide range of specialised dies and form tools to cut, form and punch parts to precise dimensions. The machine is typically used for parts that require louvres, anti-slip tread patterns, strengthening ribs, counter sinks and tapped holes. By conducting multiple operations across a single machine, we can reduce unit costs.
