Manufacturing Control

Our engineers and production specialists plan welding around the final features, select datums that survive fabrication, and design fixtures to control movement rather than just hold position. Machining is considered from the outset, so allowances, access, and sequencing support a repeatable result.

This approach sits behind parts where structure and precision both matter. Universal has a broad experience across vehicle chassis, EV battery enclosures, equipment frames, and housings with alignment or sealing requirements. Proven Capability
