Laser Cutting

Our Amada CNC Fibre Laser cutters utilise high-intensity, precision-guided beams to cut sheet metal with extraordinary accuracy. By directing the laser via computer numerical control, we can cut complex or simple geometries in materials up to 25mm thickness. This process enables superior edge quality and incredibly tight tolerances of +/- 0.01mm. Whether you need prototypes or large-scale production runs, we deliver precise cuts and minimal heat distortion for a flawless finish.

Metal Punching

Our Amada Laser/Punch machine indexes a wide range of specialised dies and form tools to cut, form and punch parts to precise dimensions. The machine is typically used for parts that require louvres, anti-slip tread patterns, strengthening ribs, counter sinks and tapped holes. Conducting multiple operations across a single machine reduces unit costs.
